• Identify Your Engine: 2003-2004 (305HP) and 2004.5-2007 (325HP) engines use different piston designs and spray angles. Ensure you select the correct variant to prevent engine damage.
• 1998.5-2002 VP44 Models: Some trucks may exhibit a slight lope at idle due to the SAC nozzle design. Upgraded turbochargers are mandatory for all stages above 75HP to manage EGTs.
• Supporting Upgrades:
  • 50HP - 90HP (15-30% Over): Safe for stock trucks; a Pyrometer is recommended. Largest size for stock CP3.
  • 120HP+ (45% Over and Up): Modified or dual CP3 pumps and significant turbo upgrades are mandatory.
  • Competition Sets (100% - 400% Over): Race use only. High-volume dual/triple CP3s, custom tuning, and a completed Race Waiver are required.
