1998.5-2002 Cummins 3.5" Intake Horn and Driver Side Intercooler Pipe, Bengal Grey (WCF100566-BG)

3.5" intake horn and driver side intercooler pipe for the 1998.5-2002 5.9L Cummins. The factory cast horn necks down to under 1.5" and the plastic pipe cracks; this kit replaces both with a full mandrel-bent 3.5" elbow on a CNC-machined flange and a 14-gauge aluminum pipe.

The flange matches the Wehrli intake spacer kit (WCF100338) and includes the gasket and hardware. Two optional 1/8" NPT ports take a boost reference or water-methanol nozzle, and the mounts keep the factory dipstick and harness routing in place. Silicone boots and stainless T-bolt clamps included. No tuning required. Powder coated in your choice of colour.
