The LoadLifter 5000 is Air Lift's heaviest-rated helper spring kit, adding up to 5,000 lbs of leveling capacity to the Chevrolet Express 3500 and 4500 cutaway chassis. The air springs install between your existing springs and the frame and adjust from 5 to 100 PSI, so you add air for the load and bleed it off when empty. Built to eliminate the sag, sway, and bottoming out that come with hauling heavy.
