1998-2007 Duramax Transfer Case Pump Assembly - 49 Spline (25904)

This is a brand-new replacement transfer case pump for GM transfer cases with a 49-spline mainshaft; NP261HD, NP263HD, NP261XHD, and NP263XHD. 

Check the transfer case pump for damage caused by low lubrication, heat, or wear before rebuilding. Replace if the metal is discolored or scuffed enough to snag a fingernail. Failure to address worn gears or housing can lead to repeat failures.

• Make sure the pickup tube O-ring seal is in place before installing the pickup tube into the pump during transfer case reassembly. Damage from lack of lubrication can occur if the tube is missing as the pump will draw in air as well as transfer case fluid.
• Also, be sure to verify the mainshaft spline count on HD model transfer cases to make sure you have the correct transfer case pump it could be 38-spline or 49-spline.
