This LoadLifter 5000 leaf spring leveling kit adds up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to your Powerstroke F-450 or F-550 Super Duty. The underframe design works with most in-bed hitches and needs no frame drilling, eliminating sag and bottoming out when you tow or haul heavy. Air adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, you dial in support for the load and keep the truck level right up to its rated capacity.
