I have already bought these tunes for my 2014 6.7 I have sold the truck is there a way I can use the same Sctx4 with the custom tunes on my 2011 6.7

You have to reach out to the SCT and pay for an unlock code, and then the tuner can be used again.

You would need a custom tune on it, and then you could.

Will this work with the egr unplugged?

If you order an emissions off-tune with it then that should work fine, although we usually recommend deleting the EGR as well.

I currently have a 2015 f150 ecoboost and I bought a sct x4 tuner for that. Looking to switch can you upload your tune files into that module so I don’t have to buy another?

As long as its returned to stock, and the part number is 7015, we will just need the Serial Number of the device and the VIN of the truck and we can get some custom tunes coming for you!

do you guys carry the sct bdx (blue one) and are you able to ship it pre loaded with your 5 tune package for the 6.0L ?

We do - however we need the ECU Strategy code from the vehicle before we can load the tunes onto the device.

What am I able to do with the tuner? 2007 f350 with egr delete but never been tuned.

This will be for emissions on tuning only, however we can load a custom tune to cover the EGR delete for you from AMDP. Please see tuning options HERE.

This device does not come with any pre-loaded tuning for 96-99 Powerstrokes. You will need to purchase delete tunes from an SCT custom tuner to work with the EGR unplugged.

Yes it works with deleted trucks.

Yes! Primarily performance enhanced tunes but you can load custom tunes onto the device as well.

Truck has no tuner and only has pre loaded delete files previously installed before I purchased the truck. Can I pull existing delete tune from truck and send to you guys using just this tuner? Or do I need a specific cable and program on my laptop to do that…? Correct me if I’m wrong but once you guys receive the baseline file that’s currently in the vehicle, and a list of known upgrades on the vehicle, you can arrange to send tune files back to me that can then be loaded into tuner/truck….? Only reason for asking is how far I am from your shop or any other shop for that matter…. Need to be doing this on my own.

Unfortuneatly this device only comes with the pre loaded emmisions on files, it does not have the ability to pull out the current file on the truck. It can re-write the truck back to stock which will erase the current file in your truck. To get a file we do not need a stock read, we only need the vin and some vehicle info. Then you would purchase a custom tune by amdp or ccs.

This will work even with the EGR in place.
