1994.5-2003 Powerstroke KC Upgraded Exhaust Manifolds (30287X)

Factory 7.3L Powerstroke exhaust manifolds crack, warp and leak as they age, taking studs and gaskets with them. KC's upgraded manifolds fix the root cause with a thicker high-silicon molybdenum casting, a larger fully machined sealing surface and port-matched runners that flow over 20% more than stock. They bolt on in place of the factory pieces, keep the stock EBP tube location and come pre-drilled for an EGT probe, with bungs installed for trucks that do not use either.

These Upgraded Manifolds are designed for the 1994.5-2003 model years and include the factory EBP Tube provision alongside included EGT Probe provision. These two ports comes with bungs pre-installed if your truck does not have an EBP tube or EGT probe.

The factory exhaust manifolds on the 1994.5-2003 7.3L Ford Powerstroke have a tendency to wear out, deteriorate, and crack over time. This deterioration creates uneven clamping pressure, often leading to warped manifolds, broken studs, blown gaskets, and eventually, performance loss due to exhaust leaks.

The all-new KC Turbos Upgraded Exhaust Manifolds for your 7.3L Powerstroke addresses these issues with a completely redesigned manifold that utilizes increased mounting flange thickness for an even seal against the cylinder head. Made from high-silicon molybdenum cast iron, our upgraded manifolds are significantly more resistant to thermal warping and cracking under extreme conditions.

Internally, the exhaust runners have been port-matched and redesigned to increase flow by over 20% compared to stock manifolds. This not only improves overall performance but also reduces back pressure and enhances turbo efficiency. The bolt mounting flange thickness has been increased significantly to eliminate common stress points and ensure reliable sealing, while the up-pipe mounting face has been re-engineered for better alignment and clamping under load. The larger, fully machined sealing surface minimizes hot spots and helps prevent cracking due to uneven heat distribution.

Each kit includes 16 Updated OEM-Style Interference Thread Exhaust flange bolts to ensure proper thermal expansion and even torque retention. This long term performance solution improves upon the OEM castings and hardware to keep your 7.3 Powerstroke on the road for longer.

These manifolds are designed to fit directly in 7.3 Powerstroke equipped OBS, E99, and L99 pick-up trucks. These manifolds are NOT designed to fit van applications.
