1994-2007 Cummins Grid Heater Spacer (PDM-08002)

Precision Diesel Machine grid heater spacer for 1994-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins. A simple bolt-on that eliminates the airflow restriction caused by the factory grid heater grid — useful any time the truck is being upgraded with larger turbos or higher airflow demands where the factory grid is choking intake velocity.

The spacer simply replaces the grid heater grid plate; the grid heater itself is not in the airflow path on most of these trucks anyway once you're past the initial cold-start window. Spans the full 1994-2007 5.9L production range — 12V, 24V, and early Common Rail are all compatible.
