Description
Industrial Injection's Viper PhatShaft 62 drop-in turbo kit for 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins (12V and 24V). The step up from the standard PhatShaft 62 — same 62mm compressor wheel but paired with a larger 68mm turbine wheel for more aggressive fueling and harder pulls without choking the back side of the turbo.
The Viper ships with an extended-tip 62mm forged milled compressor wheel and 360° thrust bearing on a 68mm turbine wheel and 12cm exhaust housing. The exhaust nozzle angle is modified, wastegate ports are enlarged, and the wastegate chamber is opened up for full wastegate travel. Runs dual-grooved high-performance journal bearings and an adjustable boost elbow. Kit includes the HX40 downpipe and V-band clamp.
