Description
The 8525-33 Heavy Duty Steering Kit by Synergy MFG converts the 1994-1999 Ram to modern T-style steering geometry and adds a Synergy tuned King 2.0 stabilizer. Heat treated components and single plane tie rod ends remove the sloppy dead zone many owners struggle with, while providing 2" of additional ground clearance over stock.

- Precision bent to clear factory axle brackets and compatible from stock to 4" of lift (over 4" requires a drop pitman arm).
- Made from 1-1/2" x .250 wall USA made DOM.
- Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve allows adjustment without removing it from the vehicle.
- Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish.
- Comes with Synergy HD metal on metal tie rod ends.
Tie Rod
- Engineered and bent from 1-1/2" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly, over 200% stronger than OEM.
- Bent to clear sway bar mounts, differential cover and steering pitman arm.
- Provides 2" of additional ground clearance over the stock tie rod.
- Single plane tie rod ends eliminate tie rod flop and the dead spot when changing direction.
- Fully sealed by forged pinch bolt housings and a complete welded assembly.
King 2.0 Stabilizer and Clamp Kit
- Synergy tuned King 2.0 steering stabilizer, valved for the weight and steering geometry of the Ram Cummins.
- The 8568-13 clamp kit is specific to the 1994-1999 tie rod and retains factory or aftermarket stabilizers using a 1/2" mounting bolt.

Notes
- Compatible with Ram 3500 4x4 Cab and Chassis models of the same generation. Not compatible with 4500 / 5500 models.
- Synergy MFG cannot guarantee fitment with all aftermarket differential covers.
- If the cotter pin does not engage the castle nut on install, a washer is required. This varies by knuckle casting and wear.
- This steering kit will only work on solid axle Ram 1500 4x4 models.
- New single plane tie rod ends (4169-L) are now included with all 1994 and later tie rods and are not compatible with the metal misalignment caps (4134-02).
