Notes

  • Required Components: This kit eliminates the factory mechanical pump and filter bowl. It REQUIRES a high-pressure electric fuel delivery system to function. For a complete "bolt-in" solution, we recommend pairing this with the FASS Titanium Signature Series 140GPH (TSF14180F140G).
  • Heat Management: Engineered to feed the front cylinder head ports (away from turbo heat) and return from the rear ports for lower fuel temperatures and maximum injector life.
  • E-Series Van Owners: This kit is NOT a direct bolt-in for vans. Installation requires custom modifications; neither Dirty Diesel Customs nor the manufacturer can provide technical support for van-specific fitment.
  • Performance Ready: Supports up to 180cc injectors with a standard high-pressure electric pump. For builds running 200cc or larger injectors, we recommend a High Volume Fuel Delivery Kit.
  • Maintenance Essential: Since you’ll be opening the fuel system, we highly recommend refreshing your injector seals with an Alliant Power Seal Kit (AP0001).
  • Wiring Included: Now includes the Northup Automotive OBS Fuel Bowl Delete Wiring Harness for a clean, plug-and-play installation!
  • Replacement Filters: Keep your system running clean with the CAT High-Efficiency Fuel Filter (CAT-1R-0750) and the CAT Water Separator (175-2949).
