Adapter sleeve for 1994-1998 Dodge Ram 5.9L 12V Cummins engines that lets you run 7mm intercooled-style injectors in a 9mm non-intercooled cylinder head. Solves the most common compatibility problem when swapping the early 12V head onto a later injector setup (or running a head-only build with mismatched injectors).

Sold individually — six are required to convert a complete head. Quality machined sleeve that drops into the existing 9mm injector bore and accepts the smaller 7mm injector body. Minor work — clean the bore, install the sleeve, install the 7mm injector.
