1989-2018 Cummins Main Bearings (MS-2328HX)

Clevite HX-series main bearing set for 1989-2018 Dodge and Ram 5.9L/6.7L Cummins engines. The non-coated counterpart to the PDM-MS-2328HXC — same Clevite H-series base, same .001" of added clearance, but without the dry-film coating layer.

H-series bearings have hardened steel backs with thin overlay, medium eccentricity, and high crush. Enlarged chamfers provide more crank fillet clearance. No flash plating — bearing seats faster and more uniformly. The HX variant adds .001" of clearance over the H base, useful in builds where the main journal is on the loose end of spec or where extra oil film thickness is preferred for sustained high RPM running.
