Valve spring compressor tool for 1989-1998 Dodge 5.9L 12V Cummins engines. Bolts onto the head and pushes the valve spring retainer down so the keepers can be removed cleanly — required tool any time you're pulling springs to swap to performance valve springs or replace a valve seal.
