1989-1998 Cummins Injector Copper Washer (D3930324)

Copper injector seal washer for 1994-1998 Dodge 5.9L 12V Cummins engines (P7100 era). Single-use crush washer that seats between the injector body and the cylinder head — replace every time an injector is pulled, regardless of whether the injector itself is reused.

OE thickness is 0.5mm. A 1.5mm version (PAI-CUM3930324 / D3920174) is available separately for builds where the head has been decked or the injector tip needs additional shimming for proper protrusion.

• Replace on every injector R&R. Reusing a crushed copper washer will cause combustion leaks past the injector seat.
• If the head has been decked, use the 1.5mm variant (D3920174) to restore correct injector protrusion.
