With this model I need my muffler or just put directly on tail pipe
This pipe here is only the front delete pipe. Installing this part will keep your factory muffler and tail pipe section.

What is the length of pipe? Wondering if welding is need when installing and deleting a flange or does it reach to the sleeve clamp further down
It is around 59.5" and designed to take you from the turbo downpipe all the way past the DPF location - it will reach the next sleeve clamp without issue. You will not need to weld or modify.
