Description

Flo-Pro Exhausts are designed to fit all wheelbase & cab configurations unless otherwise specified.

The 431011 & 432011 is a 4" Downpipe Back Exhaust system for the 2007.5-2010 Duramax 6.6L. It replaces your restrictive OE exhaust system from the downpipe back with a 4" mandrel-bent exhaust system, this kit does not include a muffler and is designed for race applications. Just like all of Flo-Pro Manufacturings Exhaust kits, it will come with all the required clamps, pre-weld contour bent hangers, and stronger flanges to help you cruise through the installation process. This exhaust not only sounds great, but will improve your torque, mileage, and throttle response!

Does this system come with cats?

No.
Whats is the difference between stainless steel and aluminum in the sound or is it about durability??

Sound difference = minimal to none, both materials produce virtually identical exhaust tones. As for durability, stainless steel is more corrosion-resistant, ideal for harsh climates (salt, snow, moisture) and will last longer overall. Aluminized is more budget friendly, but will be prone to some spot rusting over time, especially in wet or salty environments.

The parts didn’t fit, had to make lots of modifications and weld different hangers to make it work.

Sounds good. Fitment was okay but not great. Had to cut about 3inch off in the dpf pipe to get it to fit. Requires some custom cutting to get a good fit.

Exhaust sounds good, but fit terribly. Don’t know if my truck is different then the others for some reason but it’s a 2010 2500 cre cab short box dmax and the fitment was terrible. Had to cut about 2.5” off the second pipe that goes into the cat delete pipe so that it would clear cross member and wouldn’t hit the driveshaft. After I cut the exhaust 2.5” I had to grind down the pipe so that it would fit and even then I needed to hammer the pipe in. Exhaust sounds good but wouldn’t buy another one. Will attached pictures at a later date. Exhaust did show up extremely fast and I have no complaints about dirty diesel.
