2004.5-2007 Cummins 4" SS Turbo Back Exhaust System w/ Muffler (DDC-4D05M)

Give your 5.9L Cummins the breathing room it deserves. The DDC-4D05M replaces your restrictive factory exhaust with a high-flow, 4" mandrel-bent system designed specifically for the 2004.5-2007 Ram. This kit includes a high-flow performance muffler, providing that iconic Cummins grunt while keeping EGTs in check and performance at its peak.

At Dirty Diesel, we prioritize fitment. This system comes complete with contour-bent hangers and reinforced flanges to ensure a "one-and-done" installation. Whether you’re towing or cruising, you’ll notice improved throttle sensitivity and better mileage across the board.

Note: This kit is designed for turbos featuring the larger turbo collar. If you have a smaller turbo collar (typically found on early 2003-2004 models), click here.

  These are designed to fit all wheelbase & cab configurations unless otherwise specified!

  Yes, we will ship to Norway, and yes it will fit all body configurations as long as you have the Cummins engine.

  What is the air restriction on the muffler compared to straight pipe

  For the most part Flo-Pro muffles offer very comparable flow rates to the straight pipes. A direct comparison of the muffler from this kit and the same straight pipe from this kit and the loss with the muffler is just a touch under 5%. That is done on Flo-Pro's bench so the input air flow isn’t the same as what it would see on a vehicle however the 5% difference would hold fairly solid even when installed on a vehicle.
