Dirty Missions Zealy Terms & Conditions

Welcome! And thanks for Joining the Dirty Diesel Customs Community on Zealy!  

Our goal is build up a bit of a community, have some fun, and give away some prizes.  

Each month we will be giving away a few prizes:
  • First Place: $250 Dirty Diesel Customs Gift Card
  • Second Place: $150 Dirty Diesel Customs Gift Card
  • Third Place: Dirty Diesel Customs Hoodie
  • Participation Award(Redeemable on your next order): Dirty Diesel Customs Lanyard*

*Or equivalent prize

To take part, all you have to do is create a zealy account, agree to these terms and conditions on the zealy page, and then complete some of the Dirty Missions we've set up on Zealy.  For each quest you complete you gain a certain amount of points.  At the end of each Month the top three positions in the Leaderboard will receive prizes as listed above.

To ensure everything is fair there are a few rules you must follow.  By typing "I agree" (into the text box on Zealy):

  1.  You agree that all answers submitted are accurate, true, and follow the guidelines outlined in each quest.
  2. You agree that failure to abide by the rules will result in removal of points and or disqualification. 
  3. You understand that anyone caught abusing the point system or using multiple accounts will be banned from further participation.
  4. You aknowledge that submissions with the same content will not be accepted. 

 

We will be keeping an eye on everything, so no monkey business or you're out Jack!

Full Terms and Conditions 

  1. Eligibility:

Dirty Missions on Zealy (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of Canada (With the exception of the province of Quebec), and residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Dirty Diesel are not eligible to participate.

 

  1. Giveaway Period:

The Monthly Giveaway begins on September 11th, 2024 and ends at the end of the Month on September 30th, 2024 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Giveaway Period").  The points then reset and the Giveaway begins again for the following month, beginning on the 1st of each month, and ending at midnight on the last day.  If the last day of the month occurs on a weekend or holiday, that monthly reset will forward to the next business day at 9AM.  This process will repeat itself moving forward.

Please note:

  1. How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

    1. Create an account on Zealy here:  Enter Giveaway
    2. Accept the Terms and Conditions (by typing I agree in the first Quest)
    3. Complete one or more missions, (as many as possible), and have fun with it!

 

No Purchase Necessary:  

No purchase is necessary.  To enter without purchasing follow the instructions above.

  1. Prizes:

Three winners will be selected from the point leaderboard; First, Second, and Third place based on the total number of points an entrant has.  All other participants will receive a participation prize.  

The prizes for the first month are:

  • First Place: $250 Dirty Diesel Customs Gift Card
  • Second Place: $150 Dirty Diesel Customs Gift Card
  • Third Place: Dirty Diesel Customs Hoodie
  • Participation Award: Dirty Diesel Customs Lanyard

The Participation Award will change from month to month and the Prizes for the second month are subject to change.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification:

The winners will be selected by their positions on the leaderboard (First, Second, and Third) on the next business day following the cutoff period.

The winner will be announced on our instagram page, notified via direct message on Instagram and/or Facebook, and via email within three (3) business days after the cutoff date.

The winner must respond to the notification within seven (14) days to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and the prize will be rolled over to the following month.

In the case of a tie, or that all missions have been completed, a sprint with new missions may be announced, giving players the opportunity to break the tie, and those behind an opportunity to upset the standings.

 

  1. Public Announcement:

The name of the winner will be publicly announced on Dirty Diesel's Instagram and Facebook pages on within a week of the cut off date.

  1. General Conditions:

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Dirty Diesel Customs, which are final and binding.

Dirty Diesel Customs reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these rules or engaged in fraudulent activities.

  1. Privacy:

Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except for announcing winners.

 

  1. Release of Instagram, Facebook and Dirty Diesel:

ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE DIRTY DIESEL CUSTOMS LTD, DIRTY DIESEL ONLINE, ITS EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES; FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND TIKTOK FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST.
 

  1. Odds:

The chances of winning this Giveaway are based on the total number of users and missions completed.
