1. Eligibility:

The Dirty Diesel Custom Forged Wheels Giveaway (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of Canada (With the exception of the province of Quebec), and residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Dirty Diesel are not eligible to participate.

 

  1. Contest Period:

The Contest begins on October 2nd, 2023 and ends on October 29th, 2023 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Contest Period").

  1. How to Enter:

To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

    1. Purchase a Dirty Diesel Swag Box between October 2nd, 2023 and 12:00AM PST on October 29th, 2023.
    2. On the product page, provide your Instagram handle in the designated field.
    3. Tag a friend in the official Contest post on Dirty Diesel's Instagram.
    4. Ensure that you are following Dirty Diesel on both Instagram and Facebook.

    2. Mail that sheet of paper to:

Ensure Your Entries are mailed prior to Oct 29th to ensure our receiving them!

  1. Prize:

One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

The prize consists of a set of custom engraved forged wheels from Dirty Diesel with the winner's name engraved on them.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries on October 31st, 2023.
The winner MUST correctly answer a skill testing question to be eligible to receive the prize.

The winner will be announced on our instagram page, notified via direct message on Instagram and/or Facebook, and via email within three (3) business days after the draw.

The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

 

  1. Public Announcement:

The name of the winner will be publicly announced on Dirty Diesel's Instagram and Facebook pages on November 10th, 2023.

  1. General Conditions:

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Dirty Diesel, which are final and binding.

Dirty Diesel reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these rules or engaged in fraudulent activities.

 

  1. Privacy:

Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

  1. Release of Instagram, Facebook and Dirty Diesel:

Entrants release Instagram, Facebook, Dirty Diesel Customs LTD, and Dirty Diesel Online from any liability related to this Contest.

 

  1. Odds:

 The chances of winning this contest are based on the total number of eligible entries.  Odds are 1 in total number of eligible entries.
