Sizing Guide

Since Offset plays a major role in tire coverage, please reach out PRIOR to ordering if you are unsure and would like to verify fitment.

We also recommend that you take a measurement to visualize the fitment/ coverage

12" Wide Typically used on trucks with OEM Tire Sizing
13" Wide This is the most common size. Offers greater protection on vehicles with slightly oversized wheels/ tires such as 20x9, 20x10, 20x12 wheels etc.
14" Wide Typically used on trucks with 12" or 14" wide wheels, or 13.50" / 14.50" Tires
16" Wide Typically used on trucks with wheels that are greater than 14" wide or tires greater than 14.5" wide

We've compiled a list of questions and answers below.

Don't see your question? Ask us anything about this product.

    Ask a Question
    • I’d like to install the standard height mudflap on my 2011 Ford Ranger. Would the 12” or 13” wide flaps fit on my truck?

Your best bet is to measure your tire from inside to outside to find the length.

    • How are they installed? Do you have to drill holes?

Yes these are a universal part, so you will need to drill the flap and curve it to make it fit the wheel well.  We try to use as many of the factory mudflap mounts as we can when we install them.

    • Is 599.99 for a set of 4 or each?

Yes, the price is for a complete set of 4.

    • 2018 chevy duramax with 33x12.5 with +20 offset. 12" or 13" be better?

Most people run the 13" with 12.50 tires. That way you can have complete coverage.

    • Would a set of these fit on a 4th gen ram 1500?

Yes, these flaps are universal and have to be drilled to be mounted.  So you can install them on any truck.

    • It says please contact us if you are interested In a rear pair, what does that mean? If I order a set, which it says has 4 pieces, do I receive 2 designed for the front and 2 designed for the rear?

Hi, yes the standard 4 piece kit has two designed for the front and two for the rear. Sometimes we get asked for just a set for the rear, where we ask you to call in to place that order. Cheers

    • I have a 2005 f150 with 20×12 -51 offset and 33"×14.50 country hunter tires, what size of mud flap would you recommend for flush coverage?

I would recommend 14" flaps for full coverage.

    • What size would you recommend for a leveled 2nd gen Cummins on 12 wide wheels -44 offset

      13" or 14"

    • I have a Ram 3500 w/ 35x20x12.5 Toyo Open Country A/T II Extreme Tires on RBP rims with a zero offset. Would you recommend 12' or 13" width?

      13"

    • 06 Silverado with 2” rear spacers 22x14 wheels-76 offset 35x15.5 tires, will the 16”wides stick out enough for legal coverage?

      You bet!

    • I have A 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins with the stock fender flairs off and 22x12 on a 35” tire with -44 offset. What would you recommend!?

13" for flush coverage with edge of tire, 14" flap for full coverage of tire.

    • I have a 2017 F350 with Bushwacker flares and would like some kickbacks! Have you installed these flaps with flares ? Also have you had any issues putting these on the aluminum bodies?

Yes, these will still fit great, Trigger will include aluminum hardware for the aluminum body trucks.

    • Does this fit 2017 Toyota Tundra. Is 16” to long ya think .

16" is the width of the flap itself, would be a bit aggressive on a half ton

    • Own a 2020 Ram 2500 HD w/ 20x10 -25 offset rim with 33x12.50R20LT tires. what would you recommend with a deep offset and 12.5" tire?

Perfect size would be the 13"!

    • I have a 2019 f-250 with 37 inch nitro grapplers on it. Which set would be the best?

13" or 14" Standard heights would be great, or the Long Johns if you want complete coverage all the way up to the top of the fender.

    • Daughter just bought a 2021 GMC Canyon baby DUramax with the AT4 package so it comes with 31" Goodyear Duratracks. Does Trigger make a flap that will give this baby diesel some good coverage?

I would recommend the 12" Standard Flaps for that truck!

    • Will they fit a 2023 Tundra Trd

yes they are universal, just let us know the truck application at the time of order.

    • I’ve got a set of 12.5 tires on 8.5 stock wheels, what width would you recommend?

13" or 14" would be best!

    • I have a 2500 Cummins with 4 inch lift and fender flares with a set of 37x13.50r 20

      Go with 14" for coverage.
