2025-2027 Cummins Drop-In Series Diesel Fuel System (DIFSRAM5001)

The FASS Drop-In Series Diesel Fuel System brings air separation and 2 micron filtration to the 2025-2027 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins. It mounts in the factory filter location and works with the Ram's OEM in-tank lift pump.

Entrained air and vapor are compressible, so they delay fuel delivery and throw off injection timing. The Drop-In separates them out of the fuel, while the FASS Extreme Water Separator (XWS3002XL) removes over 99% of free and emulsified water and filters to 2 microns absolute with a microglass element. Cleaner, air-free fuel improves lubricity at the injectors, smooths out engine operation and protects the fuel injection system.

Fuel the engine does not use returns to the tank already filtered, so the fuel in the tank keeps getting cleaner with every pass.

*This is not a lift pump. It is an air separation and filtration system that uses the factory in-tank pump.

• Replacement filters are the XWS3002XL and CWS1010. FASS rates the filter life at about 30,000 miles or 5,000 gallons.
