Adapter that lets a T4 flange turbine housing bolt to the factory turbo pedestal on the 2017-2025 L5P Duramax, for custom single turbo kits that keep the OEM pedestal. It comes black ceramic coated with the pedestal mounting hardware and gaskets in the box.
