3) Once we receive the Core here at the shop, it will be inspected to ensure that it is rebuildable. After the inspection is passed, your core charge will then be refunded (giving you more money for truck parts!).

Note:

Dirty Diesel Customs does not cover return shipping costs for core items. You are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning their core.

Description

The 21D303 is a complete all-in-one stock injector replacement pack for the 2007.5-2012 6.7L Cummins — six remanufactured stock injectors plus six new Bosch connecting tubes in one box. When your 6.7L Cummins starts losing power, smoking at idle, throwing balance-rate codes, or burning fuel in the regen cycle, this is the drop-in fix that gets the entire injector job done in a single order.

Each injector starts as a genuine Bosch core. Industrial Injection fully disassembles and rebuilds it with new Bosch internals — nozzles, valves, and hardware — not just refurbished old parts. Each finished injector is balanced to a tighter flow tolerance than factory OEM and run through a 7-point test on a Bosch OEM stand: resistance check, system leak test, purge, idle-speed flow, mid-load flow, full-load flow, and static back leak. Owners report smoother idle and more consistent fuel trim after install.

The six Bosch connecting tubes ship with the kit because they're not optional — old connecting tubes are the #1 cause of new-injector contamination on the 6.7L Common Rail. Industrial Injection refuses warranty claims on injectors installed with old tubes for this reason.

The included connecting tubes are not optional — old tubes contaminate new injectors at startup and void Industrial Injection's warranty.

Yes, the kit comes fully equipped with the body O-rings and copper crush washers pre-installed on each injector.
