Take your 2003-2007 6.0L Ford Power Stroke to the next level with Fleece Performance’s Freedom Series HD cylinder heads. Built tough in our racing shop, these heads deliver rock-solid reliability and long-lasting performance, whether you’re towing heavy loads or hitting the daily grind. Fully assembled and ready to drop in, they’re engineered to keep your Power Stroke running strong for miles to come.

Part Number: FPE-61-10012-HD

Features

  • Brand-new, higher tensile strength casting
  • No core charge or core to return
  • Hardened oversized valve seats for durability
  • Exclusive single-piece O-ring for full sealing
  • New valvetrain with stainless/Inconel valves
  • Springs, retainers, and keepers included

Notes

  • All 20mm dowel heads are configured for 2-bolt rocker box configurations.
  • Fleece Performance recommends the use of 6.4L pushrods (Ford Part No. 8C3Z-6565-B) when installing these cylinder heads. 6.4L pushrods are 0.050” shorter in length vs. a 6.0L pushrod and will accommodate the tolerance stack-ups that can be encountered with a replacement cylinder head.
  • Head gasket not included. We recommend the use of Ford Part No.KZ3Z-6051-B.

Additional Information

Cylinder Head Identification

Selecting the proper model: Follow the flow chart below to determine the appropriate cylinder head and components for your application (this information may also be found in our installation instructions). The engine serial number can be found on the rear, driver’s side of the engine block. An alternate location for the engine serial number can be found on the identification sticker located on top of the fuel injector control module (FICM). This only applies to vehicles with their original FICM. If you are unsure if the FICM is original to the vehicle, read the serial number on the back of the engine block.
