The OEM Oil cooler for the Duramax was made with a metal gasket that is prone to leaking as the temperature fluctuates. This Fleece Performance oil cooler is a fix to that problem by featuring a square cut seal ring on the oil cooler mating surface to make sure you have long-term leak-free reliability.
