1999-2024 Powerstroke Ford Sterling 10.5" 12 Bolt Rear Differential Cover, WC Fab Grey (Kingsport Grey) (WCF100172-GRY)

Fabricated aluminum rear differential cover for 1999-2024 F-250 and F-350 trucks with the Sterling 10.5" 12-bolt rear axle, covering the 7.3L, 6.0L, 6.4L and 6.7L Powerstroke. It replaces the stamped steel factory cover with a stronger, better-looking piece that seals on an O-ring, and it comes powder coated in your choice of Wehrli colours.

Count your cover bolts before ordering. The Sterling 10.5" axle has a 12-bolt cover and a 3.5" OD axle tube. Early 2011-2016 trucks could be optioned with either a 12-bolt or 14-bolt axle, and 2017+ F-350 single rear wheel trucks use the 14-bolt Dana M275 cover (WCF100184). Ships with stainless hardware and a fill plug.
