Upgrade your 1999 to 2004 Super Duty steering with a true bolt in kit that installs using basic hand tools and works with your factory wheels and tires. This 7525-00 kit pairs a heat treated 1.5 inch 4130 chromoly tie rod with a USA made 1026 DOM drag link and retains your factory steering stabilizer for a rock solid, precise connection to the road.

• Drag link precision bent from 1.5" x .250 wall USA made 1026 DOM steel tubing
• Tie rod formed from 1.5" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly, over 40 percent stronger than OEM
• Single plane tie rod ends eliminate drag link and tie rod flop and remove the on center dead spot
• Synergy metal on metal greaseable tie rod ends with 4140 steel shanks, nitrile boots, and retaining springs
• Double Adjuster Sleeve and forged pinch bolt design allow alignment in the vehicle and prevent jam nut loosening
• Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish for durability and corrosion resistance
• 100 percent bolt on and compatible with stock wheels, tires, and up to 4 inches of lift

• 1x Heat Treated Heavy Duty Tie Rod (7502-01)

• Compatible from stock to 4 inches of lift with the factory pitman arm and track bar bracket. Over 4 inches of lift requires a drop pitman arm and track bar drop bracket
• Fits 1999 to 2004 Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 and 2000 to 2005 Ford Excursion. Does not fit 2005 and newer F-250 or F-350 Super Duty, which use a different steering system
