Description

The 0470506027SE is a remanufactured Bosch VP44 injection pump for the 1998.5-2002 5.9L 24V Cummins, calibrated to 235HP Standard Output spec. The VP44 is the most common failure point on the 24V platform — symptoms include hard starts, surging idle, dead pedal under load, and intermittent shutoffs that come and go. By the time you've spent two days troubleshooting it, the pump is usually the answer.

Industrial Injection has been rebuilding VP44 pumps for over two decades. Every pump is fully disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt with brand-new OEM internals and brand-new electronics — not just refurbished hardware. The pump is calibrated to current factory specs on certified Bosch OEM test equipment. Notes

Wire-tapping the pump for a performance module voids the warranty. Any aftermarket pump-tap installation — including common \"fooler\" modules that draw power from the pump electrical signal — voids both the Industrial Injection warranty and the Bosch core warranty.
Plan on replacing the lift pump at the same time if it's original to the truck — VP44 failures are often caused or accelerated by low feed pressure from a tired lift pump.
Cores must be returned to receive the core deposit refund.
