3500 w/ 6.7L Cummins
We are happy to announce the release of our 5th Gen 6.7 Cummins Second Gen Swap Kit! This kit will remove your issue-prone VGT Turbocharger that is susceptible to sticking while also giving you the option for a higher HP build.
We designed this kit to mount to a Steed Speed T4 Angled Exhaust Manifold which will pair with an S400 Turbocharger.
For ease of installation, this kit will also include a Custom Downpipe that mounts right to your OEM downpipe, for a drop-in experience.
The later 6.7 trucks mount the turbo near the back of the engine around the 5/6 cylinders, meaning the 1,2,3, & 4 cylinders all travel farther to bring air to the turbo. By swapping a 2nd gen style manifold, you will center the turbo between the 3/4 cylinder, therefore giving the turbo the best airflow setup possible.
The hot pipe is V-Band right to the turbo, giving a straight shot to the intercooler. This means no 90° Elbows in the hose that are going to blow apart when you're running a high horsepower application. Lastly, we substituted the factory Ram Air Intake with an aesthetically pleasing clip-in air box which will direct all of the cold air into the intake while also cleaning up the engine bay.

Pairing
We designed this 2nd Gen Swap 6.7 Cummins Piping kit with the following to give a good middle-of-the-ground build that will make good power while still spooling up fast.
When removing your VGT turbocharger, you will lose your factory Exhaust Brake. If you would still like an exhaust brake, you may want to consider an In-Line Exhaust Brake.
