Ditch the factory VGT turbo in your 4th Gen Cummins for a more powerful, reliable setup. The Dirty 2nd Gen Swap Piping Kit is our high-quality take on the popular high-mount 2nd gen turbo swap and is constructed entirely of premium materials. Whether you're after increased performance or simply want a cleaner, more efficient build, this stainless steel kit makes the transition seamless. 

Later 6.7 Cummins trucks mount the turbo near the back of the engine around the 5/6 cylinders, meaning the 1,2,3, & 4 cylinders all travel farther to bring air to the turbo. By swapping to a 2nd gen style manifold, you will center the turbo between the 3/4 cylinder, giving the turbo the best airflow setup possible.

Built with quality in mind, this kit is engineered to fit perfectly while delivering exceptional durability and ease of installation. The included downpipe mates directly with any OEM-style or Flow Pro exhaust at the factory connection point no cutting or custom fabrication needed.

Notes

  • Custom tuning is required.
  • If you have an OEM CCV Filter, you will need an aftermarket CCV Delete.  Lucky we have two, our Baller CCV Delete and our Budget CCV Delete.
  • Keep your engine clean with our Universal Machined Dirty Catch Can & Mount Kit.
  • This is the piping kit only. Steed Speed Angled T4 Exhaust Manifold and Turbocharger are sold separately.
  • The Downpipe Adapter is designed to work off an S400 Turbine OutletIf you are using an existing turbo with an HX40 flange, the downpipe adapter will need to be modified.   
  • When removing your VGT turbocharger, you will lose your factory Exhaust Brake. If you would still like an exhaust brake, you may want to consider an In-Line Exhaust Brake.
  • The Dirty Air filter included is washable, but if you need a backup or replacement click here.
