This Sinister Diesel 6.4l Powerstroke EGR Delete Kit for the 2008-2010 Ford Super Duty takes the place of your stock EGR Valve and Cooler system, and also includes a mandrel-bent High-Flow Aluminum Intake Elbow finished in high-gloss Sinister Blue powder coat. This EGR Delete Kit and Intake Elbow package result in quicker turbo spool, lower engine temperature, and more power getting to the ground.

Each Sinister Diesel 6.4l Powerstroke EGR Delete Kit is made in-house at our California manufacturing facility from strong Nickel Plated steel and machined billet aluminum, then has been fully pressure tested to ensure maximum durability and leak-free service under the harshest conditions. This 6.4l Powerstroke EGR Delete Kit also increases the reliability of your Ford 6.0l Powerstroke engine by recirculating your engine coolant faster than the stock EGR system for lower coolant temperatures, and also keeping your intake manifold free from power-robbing, hot, sooty air.
