It replaces the slip-fit factory Y-bridge, both intercooler pipes, the plastic intake and the intake horn, so every restriction and leak point between the air filter and the heads is gone, and it bolts on with no tuning.

The 3" two-piece Y-bridge with upper crossover and lower intercooler pipes flows 36% better than stock. The kit adds a 3" hot side and 3.5" cold side intercooler pipe with CNC-machined double O-ring flanges, a 4" aluminum intake pipe with air box, dry filter and Outerwears pre-filter cover, and a 4.8" intake horn with PCV port. Silicone boots, stainless T-bolt clamps, O-rings, intercooler outlet clip and hardware included. Retains factory connection points and sensors. Powder coated in your choice of colour.

Part Number: WCF100437-GB

Features

Wehrli 3" two-piece Y-bridge with upper crossover and lower intercooler pipes, 36% more airflow than stock

3" hot side and 3.5" cold side intercooler pipes

CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals

4" aluminum intake pipe with air box, dry filter and Outerwears pre-filter cover

4.8" intake horn with PCV port

Silicone boots, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, O-rings, intercooler outlet clip and hardware

Retains factory connection points and sensors

No tuning required, bolt on, fits a stock truck

Custom powder coat finish

Made in USA

Finish: Gloss Black powder coat

Notes

CSF aftermarket intercoolers require grinding of the intercooler outlet lip to install.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2084/8209/files/WCF100437_bb2b5574-4b23-43ca-a187-0bb892a886d0.jpg?v=1788306186
https://www.dirtydieselcustom.ca/products/2006-2007-duramax-stage-2-high-flow-bundle-kit-gloss-black-wcf100437-gb
