The Sinister SD-IC-6.0 Intercooler is 100% Made in America and no shortcuts have been taken in order to achieve top quality and performance. Sinisters intercooler utilizes a bar and plate design for superior cooling compared to the factory unit all while being a 100% DROP IN FIT. This intercooler will futureproof your build as it will work just fine with your OEM factory charge pipes AND it can flow enough air to comfortable handle over 1200HP down the road. The end-tanks are completely hand fabricated from 6061 Aluminum plate and beautifully TIG welded by hand. In order to handle extreme high boost applications, Sinister has utilized CNC machined billet aluminum inlets and outlets. With these billet aluminum inlets and outlets, they are able to handle extremely high clamping force without any warpage. They have tested these intercoolers up to 60Psi of Boost and are confident that they could handle more!
