The Sinister Diesel stainless steel up-pipes for 2001-2010 6.6L LB7, LLY, and LBZ Duramax engines are a great upgrade over the stock up-pipes. The factory up-pipes are not optimized for the best flow and the bellows-style flex joints are prone to cracking and tearing. Because these mandrel-bent up-pipes eliminate the problematic and restrictive flex joint they not only flow better than the factory-installed pipes, they also won’t deform or crack and cause restrictions or power-robbing pre-turbo exhaust leaks. The Sinister Diesel stainless steel up-pipes are a perfect addition to any high-performance down pipe or exhaust manifold purchase.
